Is shipping really FREE?

Yes! Shipping to any Canadian address is always free, and there's no minimum spend. Orders are sent via UPS or Canada Post Expedited Parcel service, typically within five business days, and tracking information will be provided. There may be short delays for larger orders or if stock is not immediately available. We cannot guarantee deliveries on or by specific dates, nor be responsible for delays once with the carrier.

Do you accept returns?

Changed your mind? No problem!

We offer returns and full refunds on any items purchased from our website within 30 days, except for gift cards, which are non-refundable. The items must be unused, unopened, in original packaging, and in new condition. We also require that a copy of your original order be included.

If your item was part of an order with other items where a free item or discount was given, you'll be refunded an amount up to the difference between your original order total and the total for the order had this item not been included.

Please be sure that any returned items meet these criteria, as ineligible items won't be sent again.

Return shipping costs are non-refundable and the responsibility of the sender. We recommend using a trackable shipping service and insurance, as we can’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

Once your return has been received and inspected, we will email to notify you if a refund has been approved. If so, your refund will be processed, and a credit automatically applied to your original method of payment. Please allow up to a week for processing.

Please contact us about your return, and we'll get you the address to send to. Be sure not to send it to the manufacturer or our partner spa.

How do I exchange a damaged or defective item?

If you've received a product that is damaged or defective, please contact us to let us know within five days of receipt. You MUST provide photos showing the item, the retail packaging, and the shipping box. Do not dispose of any of these items until our investigation is complete. We'll investigate the issue, arrange for return of the item, and get a new one out to you once received. Damaged packaging or retail boxes do not qualify for exchange, return, or refund.

Please note that we are not able to offer refunds or exchanges for adverse reactions unless a product is deemed defective by the manufacturer. Be sure to try samples and testers ahead of time, be aware of all ingredients if you have a known allergy or sensitivity, consult a professional with any questions, and follow all directions!
